As a small business, late notice changes such as 'no shows', cancellations or rescheduling of appointments within 48 hours have a significant financial impact. Such actions also cause inconvenience to other patients who may have adjusted their own schedules to accommodate the unavailable appointment time, when it could have been made available to them. Our deposit policy's primary goal is to minimise the time lost from such changes in appointments and helps us fulfil our commitment to providing personalised Cosmetic Injectables service to our valued patients. All patients are required to pay a $100 booking deposit to secure their appointment at Niki Lee Aesthetics. If you fail to attend, cancel or reschedule your appointment and provide less than 48 hours notice, the booking deposit will be forfeited and treated as a $100 cancellation fee. Additionally, if you decide not to proceed with the treatment, the deposit will be used to cover the cost of the consultation fee.

At Niki Lee Aesthetics, we aim to provide our valued patients with the best possible experience, which is why we have established a cancellation policy. If you need to reschedule or cannot keep your appointment, we require a minimum of 48 hours notice. As a courtesy, we will send you a SMS reminder 3 days prior to the appointment date. However, please note that once an appointment has been scheduled, you are responsible for attending the appointment.

If you provide at least 48 hours notice, you may reschedule your appointment and your deposit will be transferred to the new appointment. However, if you fail to attend, cancel or reschedule with less than 48 hours notice, your deposit will be forfeited.

By confirming your booking, you are agreeing to our clinic policies, including our cancellation policy. Please note that we cannot waive fees for clients who claim to be unaware of our policies.

As a result of a significant volume of cancellations related to Covid and updated guidelines from the government, we have made changes to our cancellation policy. If you wish to reschedule your appointment with short notice due to Covid, we kindly request that you provide us with a positive PCR test result to waive the standard $100 cancellation fee. Please note that if you have had close contact with someone who has tested positive for Covid, our standard $100 late fee will still be applicable.

Individuals under the age of 18, even with parental consent, are not eligible for Cosmetic Injectable treatments at Niki Lee Aesthetics.

At Niki Lee Aesthetics, we prioritize the safety and well-being of both our patients and medical practitioners. It's important to note that all of our Cosmetic Injectables are Schedule 4 prescription-based medical procedures. Each patient receives personalised treatment after undergoing a thorough facial assessment and consultation with their medical practitioner and prescribing doctor. As part of our commitment to clinical judgement, our medical practitioners reserve the right to decline treatment if it's not suitable for the patient or if the desired outcome is not achievable.

Furthermore, we maintain the right to refuse medical treatment if the treating medical practitioner or prescribing doctor feels coerced or threatened to perform the treatment, or if the patient is not a viable candidate for anatomical or physiological reasons, including suspected Body Dysmorphic Disorder. Please be aware that any pre-paid booking deposits do not have any bearing on our policy of refusing treatment.

To ensure efficient operation at Niki Lee Aesthetics, please inform us as soon as possible if you are running late for your appointment. While we will make every effort to accommodate you, please note that if you are 15 minutes or more late, your appointment will need to be rescheduled and your booking deposit will be forfeited.

Niki Lee Aesthetics is a procedural medical clinic and for safety reasons, we kindly ask patients to refrain from bringing children to their appointments. Please note that our insurance policy prohibits the presence of minors in our medical environment, and as such, any accompanying children must remain under the supervision of their parent/guardian. Please note that Niki Lee Aesthetics does not accept liability for any unsupervised minors. Should a child accompany you to your appointment, rescheduling may be necessary and an associated fee may apply.

Our policy at Niki Lee Aesthetics, as a procedural medical clinic, is to permit only individual patients into consultation or procedural rooms. We do not allow family or friends, unless explicitly allowed by the treating medical practitioner, as it can impact the quality of care that we aim to provide. Our priority is to provide optimal treatment that is focused and tailored to each patient.

Please note that our service prices may be subject to change without prior notice. Additionally, we reserve the right to alter or terminate the service (or any portion of it) at any time, without prior notice. We shall not be held responsible to you or any third-party for any adjustments, pricing changes, suspension or termination of the service.

Gift cards can only be used at Niki Lee Aesthetics for either services or products and its value is equivalent to the dollar amount displayed on it. To redeem it, you must present the card during your transaction. Please note that we will not accept any substitutes, such as receipts and this card cannot be used to purchase another gift card. If the full amount of the card is not used, the remaining balance will be saved for future use, but no change will be given. Unfortunately, this card cannot be exchanged for cash, check or credit. Please refrain from reselling or transferring the card as it will become void and subject to cancellation. This card cannot be replaced if it is lost, stolen or destroyed. All prices are subject to change and the card is subject to Niki Lee Aesthetics' cancellation policy. Please note that gift cards cannot be returned.
